How do I make payment?
For In Stock Items : Please bank in FULL payment via Online Banking / Cash Deposit through the ATM.
For Pre-Ordered Items : Please bank in 70% of the total amount. The balance 30% is payable as soon as the item arrives Malaysia and BEFORE it is shipped to you. (No exceptions)

You MUST e.mail Proof of Payment in order for me to acknowledge receipt of your payment.
NO notification via SMS or MMS please. E.mail only so we can keep a record of all payments made for future reference.
What is proof of payment?
Online Banking : Highlight, copy and paste the successful transaction screen. For MB2U customers, you may even access your MB2U History and the details will still be there.
ATM Cash Deposit : Scan OR take a digital photo of the deposit slip and attach it via e.mail
Why must I do this?
The Bank's Online system does not tell us the identity of the payor, so proof is necessary so that there is evidence of payment made and serves to protect you in case of a bank error or dispute of any kind. Please ADHERE to these policies.
Credit Card Payments
Credit card payments are accepted with additional merchant fees which are charged by the merchant (ipay88) to process payment through your bank. We will set up a link for you to directly key in your details and make payment accordingly. It is fast, safe and efficient.
Please ensure you have enough credit limit before making payment and speak to your bank about your internet card usage if you have never or rarely make purchases off the internet because they have security measures in place to prevent fraud. This will sometimes cause your internet payments to be blocked, but a simple phone call to your bank will enable you to use your card to make payment.
Oct 2010 Policy Update: Balance Payments
We have had several issues pertaining to balance payments in the past so we wish to clarify some of them here.
Balance payments are due IMMEDIATELY once item has reached Malaysia.
Balance payment should NOT be held back only to be paid once item is self collected. We do not have (COD) Cash On Delivery facilities. We only allow full balance payment, followed by self collection .
Balance payment should NOT be held back waiting for the date/time of self collection to be decided.
Balance payment should NOT be held back if the buyer is not ready for us to ship immediately due to reasons like they are not in the country, or away indefinitely.
Regardless of when the item is going to be shipped or self collected, all balance payment is due immediately once we send out the notification email saying your item is here. It is the buyers' responsibility to arrange for payment to be made either online or by any other means as these are the Terms & Conditions of our site. Reasons like "I have no online banking" or "I don't trust online banking" are not valid reasons. (Online banking is considered the best way to make payment for all online shopping needs so we strongly suggest that buyers subsribe to the service.) If you do not have this facility for any reason, please ensure you are able to make a cash deposit quickly(within 24 hours). Cheque payments take time to clear and so they are not encouraged.
We are not unreasonable people. We are just unable to constantly see to the needs of the many different buyers' personal preferences which requires us to constantly make exceptions and adjustments to our policies. We respect those who respect us, and hope to do business with like-minded people who are understanding and reasonable as well.
