IMPORTANT: Kindly read the terms and conditions below as placing your order automatically means that you have read, understood and agreed with the terms.

As usual, slots are extremely limited. Each brand has a buying limitation per person, so first pay first get.

Payment Method:

Online Banking/Cash Deposit to any of my accounts which will be emailed to you.

Credit card payment possible with additional fee charged by the merchant (not us!)

All payments are non-refundable, and no cancellation or changes allowed once payment has been paid, unless items are out of stock. It is advisable to indicate 1st, 2nd and 3rd choice of style and/or colors in case of stock shortage. In the event all choices are not available, refund will be made in full. All non-paying buyers will be blacklisted so please be serious about your purchases.

*Slots will be allocated on a first pay first get basis. I cannot reserve slots without payment as this is not fair to others.*

We are opening orders early to ensure our slots are all filled and to give you the opportunity to save towards your purchase.

Also there will be a price increase for some European brands soon, so please order early.

Below are the FULL Terms & Conditions for this European Preorder:

Terms & Conditions

1. A 50% deposit will be collected to book your slot. Balance payable by the order deadline which is June 24th

Deadline June 24th - Arrives: July 10th

You must ensure the balance 50% is banked in by the order deadline for each leg.

This is to avoid buyers backing out, delay in collecting payment once the item arrives and many other issues which we have faced concerning non paying buyers before.

Payments can be made in cash or credit card and in any combination of funds. However, the amount which is charged to the credit card will incur additional merchant fees.

2. Once an item has been confirmed, no changes or cancellation allowed and all deposits and payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. All back out & non-paying buyers will be blacklisted as well.

3. All items are accepted for this preorder, including shoes and accessories.

4. All bags will come with dustbags, receipt, paperbags and any relevant cards/booklets.

*ONLY Chanel bags will come with boxes*

All other brands, we cannot bring back boxes because they are too bulky to be handcarried back & they take up a lot of space which we want to allocate for additional orders. Kindly note, paperbags may need to be folded to fit into luggage/package.

For small items like wallets, scarfs, keyrings, and any other small item, we are happy to inform that boxes WILL be included.

5. Only place your order if you are interested to save $ and can wait, if you are in a hurry please do not place your order. This is to avoid unreasonable expectations to get these items for you cheap and fast.

Shipping for all items will commence after the bags have been collected and packed.

Should your item be out of stock or backordered, we will inform you accordingly and process your refund promptly upon return from overseas.

Shipping Information

Shipping from the USA:

Shipping from the US takes 10-14 working days via USPS Priority Mail. Once the items reach Malaysia, they will be subject to inspection by the Royal Malaysian Customs - a government body responsible for regulating the importation of goods into the country. The custom clearance process usually takes 1 week, but can stretch to even 2 weeks depending on their workload. As a law abiding entity, we adhere to all customs rules and regulations and our packages are subject to the usual customs processes placed. The impact on the delivery time is that there will be an additional 1-2 weeks that customs takes to process clearance for our packages.

Arrival of items from Europe:

Items purchased through our European preorder are usually hand-carried back to Malaysia. Each month, flight dates are different and subject to the schedule of our designated buyer. We will inform you of this information when it becomes available.

Domestic Shipping from The Chic Sac to you:

All domestic shipping is done via Poslaju. Poslajus' charges are usually incorporated in the prices you pay unless otherwise stated. Insurance is available at additional costs. (Please note that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage if insurance is not purchased.)

Poslaju takes 1 working day to ship to Peninsular Malaysia & 1-2 working days to ship to East Malaysia. We ship twice weekly, usually Mondays and Thurs, subject to change based on our weekly schedule.

Oct 2010: Information Update on Shipping & Self Collection

The Chic Sac has been operating strictly on a 'shipping only' basis since it's onset in 2006. Very rarely and on a case-by-case basis, some customers have been allowed to pay in full and then self collect. We have not been providing any discount for self collection simply because self collection takes more time to arrange, co-ordinate, & a one hour window time is set aside especially to accommodate each self collection.

Shipping on the other hand is done in bulk twice weekly and within the same time frame of an hour is completed for many packages at one go. It is therefore more cost effective for us to ship all packages rather than consider requests for self collection. While some blogshops charge fees for self collection, we simply consider shipping complimentary and so if self collection is requested and approved, the price of goods remain the same. This policy will continue to remain status-quo & no exceptions will be given moving forward on the cost of the goods. We really appreciate your understanding.

Self collection is also subject to approval by us. Approval is based on our schedule at any one time. On occasion, our schedule does not permit us to be at a certain location and allocate 30mins to an hour to wait for self collection. As such, when we are not able to, we will politely decline and inform accordingly. Rest assured we always try our best to accommodate reasonable buyers whenever we can.

Self collection must also be at our convenience at a location specified by us. The location is usually our 'base' where all our items are located. This just makes it simpler as we do not wish to transport the items here and there or carry it with us to avoid any accidents or damage to the items. In some cases, if we will not be at our base, then we may suggest an alternative base for collection. Our base is usually residential. We do not do meet ups in commercial locations like malls, shops, by the side of the road, petrol stations, bus stops, restaurants and so on. The reason again is related to time & other related costs incurred, including the safety of your item.

Self collection also incurs other costs like phone calls and several sms-es to arrange time, location, date and give directions. As such, to avoid unnecessary added expenditure, we will email directions and also use google map to help you locate our base. We also provide very in depth complete directions from wherever you are coming from if needed. If you are still unclear about the location or generally do not have very good sense of direction and the location is very foreign/unfamiliar to you, we strongly insist on shipping.We will ONLY approve self collection if buyers are willing to come to residential locations (usually our base), is familiar with the location and are willing to come at a time and date convenient to us. If buyers are not able or willing to do so, we will ship all items as shipping is our default method of delivery. It is fast, reliable and can be insured. We have been shipping using the same method for nearly 4 years and it has proved to be extremely reliable and safe :)

We will blacklist buyers if they cancel at the last minute or make unreasonable changes which we deem to be inconsiderate or simply inappropriate, and ship the items instead.Our time is very limited and we prefer to use it to serve those who are genuine, honest, considerate and understanding.
